Sterling on the Lake presents the "Harvest Balloon Festival at Sterling on the Lake" Oct. 16-17, 2010. This activity-packed festival will celebrate all things fall, with two full days of fun in the sky and on land. Come take part in balloon adventures, competitive races or tethered balloon rides. For those who prefer to stay closer to earth, there will be pumpkin carvings and painting, hay rides, dragon boat racing, face painting, a costume parade and a special Saturday night concert.
