Thanks to a generous donation by the Ford Motor Company, the Red Cross is giving away a 2011 Ford Fiesta to one lucky winner. It's our way of saying thank you to our committed blood donors. Starting July 1, 2010, donors can register online at redcrossracing.com for a chance to win. Visit the website for official rules. The sweepstakes ends Nov. 1, 2010.
Register online and become a Red Cross Racing donor today! Every time you record your blood or platelet donations online, you'll get points which can be exchanged for cool prizes. Red Cross Racing is an innovative program designed to encourage NASCAR fans to donate blood through the Red Cross. Thanks to on-going support from 3M Company, the Red Cross has two full paint schemes on the Rousch Fenway No. 16 Ford Fusion this racing season. We were at the New Hampshire race on Sunday, June 27 and will be at the Texas race on Sunday, Nov. 7.

How to Donate Blood:
Call 1-800-RED CROSS or log on to redcrossblood.org for more information or to schedule a blood donation appointment. All blood types are needed to ensure the Red Cross maintains an adequate blood supply. A blood donor card or driver's license or two other forms of identification are required at check-in. Donors must be in general good health, weigh at least 110 pounds and be at least 17 years old (16 with completed Parental Consent Form). New height and weight restrictions apply to donors younger than 19. Visit redcrossblood.org to learn more.
