Cresswind at Lake Lanier, a resort-inspired, waterfront active adult community adjacent to Lake Lanier announced today that it has already sold 10 homes since its grand opening on April 17, 2010.

The Kolter Group, LLC, a West Palm Beach private investment firm focused on luxury masterplanned development re-launched the premier, gated community in Gainesville, Ga.  after purchasing it out of bankruptcy earlier this year.

To get to the community from Atlanta on I-85: Take I-985 (365 N) to Exit 16. Turn left onto Mundy Mill Rd. (Rt. 53 West). Go 2.5 miles. Turn right onto McEver Rd. (Rt. 53 North). Go 1.9 miles, left onto Browns Bridge Rd. (GA-369). Cresswind At Lake Lanier entrance is .25 miles on right. (Look for the waterfall.)
